With 15 years of deep involvement in the automotive industry and 20 years of continuous entrepreneurial experience, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of Xiaoyudida Group; Chairman of Xiaoyudida Interconnection International (Cayman) Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Xiaoyudida Interconnection Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.; Founder and Chairman of Zhongrui Group; and Director of German Meilin Tire Group. He has received numerous honors, including being recognized as a High-end Talent in Hong Kong, a High-end Industrial Talent in Guangdong Province, and an Outstanding Innovative Talent. 

With 9 years of experience in the internet industry and 8 years in the internet finance sector, boasting over 20 years of experience in enterprise management, he has served five listed companies. He graduated from Lingnan College, Sun Yat-sen University. He previously served as a senior executive at Baidu Group and as the Vice President of China Smartpay Group, a Hong Kong-listed company.

Graduated from Xi'an University of Technology with a master's degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems. Formerly the technical director and architect of Digital China. Skilled in pattern recognition and system algorithm design, with extensive experience in project development, product design, technical architecture design, and project management. Proficient in J2EE, software development architecture, data analysis, business intelligence, and research algorithms in pattern recognition.

With a degree in Mechanical and Electronic Engineering from Nanchang University, he has over a decade of experience in product development and project management in the automotive industry, as well as extensive experience in smart manufacturing and supply chain management. He has experience in the research and development, as well as management, of complete vehicle transmission system products, and has served as a department manager, product manager, and project manager for various automobile manufacturers' projects, including GAC Trumpchi, GAC Hino, GAC Bus, Dongfeng New Energy Trucks, Dongfeng Light Trucks, Huachen Zhishang, Huachen Xinyuan, Geely Panda, JMC Kairui, CSR Times, Weichai Power, and BAIC Huansu.

Graduated with an MBA from China University of Political Science and Law, formerly served as the Chief Financial Officer of Heyi Hui Supply Chain and the Chief Financial Officer cum Secretary to the President of Yishangyun Computer Services; with three decades of experience in finance, accounting, and corporate capital operation, skilled in comprehensive budgeting, business analysis, auditing, etc.

Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Human Resources cum Secretary to the President at Xiaoyu Dida, responsible for the company's overall administrative and human resource management. Graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, with previous employment at Hubei Electric Power Company and COFCO Packaging Group, possessing over eight years of experience in human resource management.
